Adolf Hitler Has Problem Getting Birthday Cake
A New Jersey family who named their child after Adolf Hitler is having problems getting a birthday cake made for their 3-year-old.
Heath and Deborah Campbell said their local ShopRite supermarket in Greenwich Township, N.J., refused to personalize a cake for their son, Adolf Hitler Campbell.
“We believe the request … to inscribe a birthday wish to Adolf Hitler is inappropriate,” Karen Meleta, a ShopRite spokeswoman, told the Express-Times.
Barry Morrison of the Anti-Defamation League agreed with ShopRite’s decision. “Might as well put a sign around their [the children's] neck that says bigot, racist, hatemonger,”Morrison said. “What’s the difference?”
The Campbells say they don’t understand what the big deal is. “ShopRite can’t even make a cake for a 3-year-old,” mother Deborah Campbell said.”That’s sad.”
The couple’s other two children are named JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell.

“What’s the big deal?” Did they SERIOUSLY have to ask that?! I think it’s absolutely horrible of the parents to name their child after Adolf Hitler! That poor kid will grow up being made fun of, and probably with few friends because kids either won’t want to be friends with someone named after Hitler, or because the parents of other children will forbid their child from doing so. What stupid, immature parents to do that to an innocent child. I can’t even imagine what a nightmare highschool will be for this boy. He’ll most likely be beaten up to no end. This is just sick, I hope the ridiculous parents to this boy change his name before he realizes who Adolf Hitler was. These “parents” should be ashamed. Actually, they shouldn’t even be parents.

It’s sad that the parents would pick that name for their child, but I think it is also sad that a three year old boy cannot get a birthday cake. Already he is being punished for his name. I think they should have made the cake for the boy. It’s not like refusing to write his name on a cake is going to make up for the morals that his parents will be forcing on him. Poor kid.

That is stupid and idiotic to call your child Adolf Hitler. My 10 year old recently learnt about the Second World War and he absolutely despises Hitler. My 16 year old said that it was so stupid that these ‘Parents’ should be ashamed of theirselves and should change the baby’s name.
